The Health and Community Care Information Service (HCCIS) previously based at 10 King Street, Wolverhampton, has moved to:

The HCCIS is a service that provides information on services available in and around Wolverhampton.
The service supports all individuals regardless of age, gender, issue etc, by providing information to assist people to:
- Engage in healthier lifestyles
- Increase their access to health and wellbeing services
- Improve knowledge of health and social care provision and therefore enhance experience when using services
- Be more independent
- To take more control over their own health and wellbeing

- Social Services
- Health Information
- Local & National Organisations
- Health Services
- Voluntary Organisations
