Hearing and Audiology Services
This specialist service offers age related tests, assessments and reassessments as well as therapy, advice and support on all aspects of hearing and inner ear function (including tinnitus, balance and hearing aid fitting and repair). 
How to access this service
As an adult patient if you have not been to the service before, please get referred by your GP. All existing patients can contact the service directly.
For children, referrals can be from health professionals such as GP’s, Nurses or Health Visitors. Referrals can also be accepted from parents from the age of 3.

- Adults Hearing Services
Assessments – West Park Hospital, New Cross ENT Department, Bridgnorth DGH OPD, and at the patients home
Hearing Aid fitting and review - West Park Hospital
Hearing aid repair - West Park Hospital and Alfred Squire on a sessional basis per week only
- Children’s Hearing Services
Assessments - Gem Centre and New Cross ENT Department, and special schools.

The service is available 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
