Smoking and Young People

There is no minimum age limit for accessing the service to quit smoking, and if necessary Nicotine Replacement Therapy (gum, patches) can be given to 12 year olds and above. Most school nurses are trained to help young people in Wolverhampton to stop smoking. Please contact your school nurse for further information.

Young people too can also get help from their doctors and selective pharmacists around Wolverhampton if preferred.

If neither of these options are suitable please contact the service by calling freephone 0800 073 42 42 or contact them via email

Remember this is a confidential service regardless of age.
