Finance and Performance Committee
This is a new Committee responsible for the consideration of financial performance and associated planning issues, and performance against service delivery indicators and targets.
It will meet monthly and will have the following key responsibilities:
- To receive and consider detailed monthly monitoring reports and year end forecasts of performance against financial and performance targets.
- To review plans for and delivery of QIPP initiatives.
- To make recommendations as necessary to the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) / Cluster on the actions to be taken with regard to finance and performance issues.
- To consider draft annual revenue and capital budgets and to make recommendations to the CCG / Cluster.
- To consider and agree, where appropriate, in year changes to budgets in line with SFIs and budget approval policies.
- To consider the PCTs annual performance targets and to recommend action plans to the Board for their achievement.
- To consider and where appropriate make recommendations on issues specifically referred to it by the CCG / Cluster.
Membership of the Committee includes the following:

- Mr J Oatridge OBE - Lead Locality ICM and Vice Chair of Black Country Cluster Board.
- Mr S Kalirai - Independent Committee Member.
- Mrs M Corneby - Independent Committee Member.
- Ms C Norton - Director of Finance.
- Dr A Phillips - Managing Director, WCPCT.
