The Equality and Diversity team provide support and advice to cover the Equality strands of Race, Disability, Gender, Age, Religion or Belief, Sexual Orientation and Transgender. The service covers both PCT employment and service provision.
Equality Act 2010 - the duty to publish equality information
From 31st January 2012, public organisations – including NHS Trusts – are required to publish information which shows they are meeting the requirements of the Equality Act 2010.
